Timeframes

Dissatisfaction: up to 7 days after delivery.

Manufacturing defects: up to 30 days after delivery.
Visible damages (broken or missing parts, scratches, cracks) must be reported within 24 hours of delivery, with photos or video.
Return Conditions
Products must be unused, in original packaging, and include all accessories.
Returns will not be accepted if the item has been modified or altered in any way.
After the returned item passes inspection, the customer may choose to:

Exchange it for another item in stock.

Receive a refund for the product's value.
Shipping costs are non-refundable when the delivered product matches the order.
Warranty
All items include a 30-day warranty starting from the delivery date.
To activate the warranty, the customer must send a short video or clear photos showing the defect, along with the original packaging and label.
